Temple Schauble will lead a gentle yoga class for mothers and daughters of the 5th Grade and up on Mondays from pm. These Mondays are once a month for four months, until December The class will begin with centering and some simple breathing exercises and then move into some partner work and asana, creating different ways to connect and have fun together. We will close with reflection and a time to relax and rest, fostering an emotional connection through the shared experience of the practice and leaving you with a sense of well-being. For those who would like to stay for a few minutes afterwards, we will have some time to socialize and enjoy each other with some refreshments.
