It follows the journey of storage locker auction experts, including Brandi Passante and longtime boyfriend Jarrod Schulz. Together, the couple buys unpaid storage units in California and sells the content to professional buyers who bid in a cash-only auction. Perhaps as with any show that proves to be unexpectedly impactful to its audience, Storage Wars has had its share of issues. While followers of the show see Brandi as the level-headed one, the voice of caution and the voice of reason, there's more to her than meets the eye. Moore leaked a fabricated nude video and bogus pornographic photos of Brandi on Facebook and the porn service site.
Or, at least, the alleged porn-monger has suffered a legal setback. Federal judge James V. Selna of U. Selna ruled Moore failed to comply with a preliminary injunction ordering him to remove the images of Passante from the websites that he posted them to. As reported earlier by TheWrap, Passante sued Moore in October, claiming that he published photos and video purporting to depict Passante in pornographic situations. Passante claims that the images are fake.

The lawsuit also maintained that the site offered merchandise that resembled her , notes the Inquisitr. Selna of U. District Court in central California awarded her the small compensation despite her claims because Passante "[provided] absolutely no support for this calculation of damages. Passante also suffered from Moore's taunting throughout the proceedings, reports Web Pro News, when he sent explicit photos of his privates to her attorney.
Although he reportedly sold the website to an anti-bullying entity, he appears to be posting similar material to his tumblr account and new website. After numerous unsolicited posts on her Twitter account stating that users wanted to see more of her pictures and video, Passante discovered that Moore had posted images of someone portraying her in a pornographic video to his tumblr account. Passante alleges that she never made any such video and Moore has fabricated the video for the purpose of trading on her fame and celebrity to draw traffic to his site.
